- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3/4 of a cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 a cup of raw honey
Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth mixture.
Store the mixture in a cup and cover it.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of the prepared mixture into your morning coffee while it’s still hot.
